Coastal gunboat of the Russian Navy. These ships could be maneuvered by sail or oar and carried a single, large caliber cannon in a rear firing, fixed mount. The Russian gunboats were the same design developed by the Swedish naval architect Frederik Henrik af Chapman. This is the most accurate model available of the Swedish-type Kanonjolle.  The Master Korabel kit uses an advanced laser-cut design that has been engineered with a very closely spaced, interlock timbers design that results in an amazing sturdy little hull. 

This kit includes:

• All hull planking and details are laser cut
• Single-layered veneer hull planking
• Marked bevel on frames
• A special hull design that compensates the materials' deformation
• Detailed photo instructions and drawings, including English translations
• Patterns and cloth for the sail sewing (pre-made sails set available separately)
