Details

The decree of peter the Great on December 23, 1724 marked the beginning of the first Kamchatka expedition with the foal of exploring a route to America adjacent to Asia.  The Captain was Vitus Bering, a Russian officer of Danish decent.  Once constructed, this ship was named "Holy Archangel Gabriel" and completed two voyages to the Northeast coast of Asia while mapping the west and east coast of Kamchatka.

This kit includes:
